Note: Entrance fees are not included in our packages and must be paid separately upon arrival.

- Drone Permit Fee: IDR 2,500,000/day (restricted in Rinca & Kalong Islands)
Please note! Drones are prohibited from flying around Kalong Island and Rinca Island due to concerns that they may disturb the local wildlife in these areas.

Arrival Guidelines: Timing Matters
To ensure a smooth experience, please take note of the recommended arrival times:
Open Trip Guests
Arrive at least one day before departure to avoid flight delays. If arriving on the same day, your flight must land by 09:10 WITA, as pick-up is between 09:30–10:30 WITA. Late arrivals are at your own risk.
Private Trip Guests
You may choose your preferred check-in time. However, we recommend arriving before 14:00 WITA to maximize your experience on the first day.
Pick-Up & Meeting Point
All pick-ups are conducted within Labuan Bajo, either from Komodo Airport or your hotel. Our team will escort you via private car to KP3 Harbour, where your unforgettable Komodo sailing adventure begins—hassle-free and secure.
Pre-Departure: Health & Readiness
Physical Fitness
Activities include trekking, snorkeling, swimming, and light hiking. Please ensure you’re in good health, especially if you’re over 60 or have pre-existing conditions (asthma, heart issues, GERD, etc.). Guests with medical needs should notify our team at booking.
Light Training
Engage in light workouts like jogging or swimming 1–2 weeks before the trip to ensure you’re physically prepared.
